Hanover is a leading provider of extra care and retirement housing. Both services are currently serviced through 2 separate contracts. It has been agreed that both will be amalgamated into one provision covering both temporary staff and permanent recruitment. The successful Supplier will service this function on behalf of Hanover.

Hanover currently spends circa 1 200 000 GBP per annum on temporary, agency and interim staff and 100 000 GBP on permanent staff recruitment.

Description of particular conditions: Under this contract the service provider and its supply chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social and/or environmental policy objectives relating to recruitment and training and supply chain initiatives.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Hanover will shortlist a maximum of the top 6 scoring suppliers to proceed to the next tender stage, “Invitation to Tender”.
