This Contract is for the regular inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of plant and equipment on Fife Council’s 11 Recycling Centres. There will also be a requirement to provide certified training for operators of the equipment, including refresher courses.
There will also be a requirement to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance of the sites infrastructure.
The Contract involves the inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of approximately 40 items of equipment (rollpackers, compactors, manual stackers, hand gritters) at various locations throughout Fife. Full details shall be provided to the successful contractor upon award of the contract.
The successful contractor is also required to carry out any necessary additional repairs over and above the specified service schedule frequencies throughout the period of the contract.
