Applicants must complete an official pre-qualification questionnaire, obtainable from Mark Drake or Tony Davies at the contact points given above. This must be returned with supporting documentation to the address stated in the questionnaire by noon Monday 16.12.2013. Questionnaires received after this time will not be processed.
