Section II: Object of the contract
Design and execution
Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: Lisgar Terrace, London, W14 8SF.

The works anticipated will include:
– Design.
– Complete strip out of decanted blocks of existing flats.
– Construction of new extensions linking the blocks.
– Construction of new mansard roofs over existing blocks and new link extensions to provide new flats.
– Construction of new flats within the extended and existing block structures.
– It is anticipated that 40 to 50 new flats will be provided within each of Phases 2 to 4 to provide a total for the three phases of 130 to 150 new flats.
– Refurbishment of existing retained block structures including window renewal.
– Construction of a new lift shaft within the existing structure of each block and provision of lift to same.
– Service disconnections and diversions in connection with the above and provision of new mains services to the new units to each phase with capacity to serve the proposed future phases of works.
– External works and estate realm improvements.
Phase 5, comprising 3 existing blocks is currently anticipated to be for private sale and will be the subject of a separate procurement at some point in the future.

Phase 1 is being carried out as a pilot phase to 1 block and it is intended that this will be concluded before possession of Phase 2.
Phases 2, 3 and 4 are the subject of this OJEU notice, each Phase comprising 2 existing blocks.
