Removal and storage service for the following areas:
— Tenant incentive scheme (TIS),
— Full removal service tailored to relocate tenant, from removal only to a full pack and unpack service and storage depending on the needs of the tenant to be moved,
— Deaths involving the treasury.
In the event of a death involving the treasury items may need to be stored for up to 12 months.
Evictions / void properties.
House is empty – survey with housing officer and tenant (if possible), photos taken and inventory list done, pack up and store for up to 6 months if the tenants location is not known then disposed of.
Emergency moves.
It may be necessary to relocate a tenant at short notice ie with 48 hours due to burst pipes etc.
Office moves.
Pack & unpack service including hire of crates for 4 weeks for larger office moves.
Removal only service – for smaller moves.
