KHT and KHT Services are seeking bids from contractors to participate in a repairs and maintenance subcontractor framework covering the following lots:
Lot 1: response repairs and voids (estimated circa GBP 1 100 000 per annum).
Lot 2: voids clearance and cleaning (estimated circa GBP 150 000 per annum).
Lot 3: Scaffold (estimated circa GBP 80 000 per annum).
Lot 4: Locksmiths (estimated circa GBP 165 000 per annum).
Lot 5: Void and Communal Asbestos Testing & Surveys (estimated to exceed GBP 75 000 per annum).
Cost submissions by bidders for lots 1 – 4 will on the basis of adjustments to the NHF Schedule of Rates (Ver 5.1 and 6), copies of which are provided within the supporting information section of this tender. KHTS deliver services for a number of clients outside of KHT on contracts costed on both versions 5.1 and 6 of the NHF Schedules. Therefore KHTS require the ability to call-off subcontractors on either version 5.1 or 6 in line with the overarching contract(s).
Cost submissions by bidders for lot 5 (Asbestos testing & surveys) will be on the basis of a flat rate per survey type, per category of property.
Value of expenditure is anticipated to be as set out above, and is spread throughout the main geographical areas detailed within this tender document. No guarantees are given, nor are implied as to the value of works that will be placed with successful bidders participating in the resulting framework agreement. KHT reserves the right to award works to the in-house maintenance team as necessary and may internalise entire elements of this framework.
