Eastbourne Homes Limited (EHL) wish to appoint an experienced and qualified contractor to deliver a responsive repair and void refurbishment works contract. The contract will not include any gas repairs as these are subject to a separate contract. EHL provides a range of housing and support services in the district of Eastbourne in East Sussex. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise a single contract and the successful Applicant will therefore be awarded all works as a single contract.

Description of these options: It is currently envisaged that, subject to detailed annual reviews by EHL covering performance, quality of service and delivery of the works and services, the contract will run for a period of 5 years. EHL reserves the right to extend the original term for a further 5 years on an annually renewable basis or as a single 5 year extension, subject to detailed annual reviews by EHL based on performance, quality and delivery of the works and services.
