Planned maintenance and reactive repairs, including out of hours callouts, to commercial refrigeration equipment (2012 to 2016).
The requirement is for a Certified Company to carry out the servicing and repairs, including emergency call out repairs to approximately 1 200 pieces of commercial refrigeration equipment installed in approximately 300 public buildings in various locations throughout Fife. The properties include schools, care homes, care in the community homes, sports centres, offices, museums, libraries, theatres, halls, police stations, radio stations etc. The contract requires the Contractor to provide a 24 hour/ 7 day per week/ 365 days per year call out service using a free phone telephone number and the Contractor shall provide site attendance for all emergency repairs and all out of hours callouts within 1 ½ hours and where possible ensure a first time fix. Where a first time fix is not possible a maximum 48 hour fix time to restore to fully operational service will apply.
This is a 4 year service contract (not including potential 2 year extension).
