The system should deliver a fully integrated HR and Payroll system and it is not intended to be solely used by the HR and Payroll staff, it is the expectation that it is a self service package for both employees to keep up-to-date, initiate requests for leave, receive pay advice notifications and for line managers to use as a tool to help them deliver their HR responsibilities. This may result in a significant number of concurrent users at any one time.
