Description of the contract

The Fish Health database /Live Fish Movement database (FHD/LFMD) is an interactive shared database containing all relevant information on fish farm registration and inspection, live fish movements, fish imports and exports, disease testing, and the keeping of non-native species of fish. In addition the Fish Health database incorporates a laboratory information management system (LIMS) that controls the accession, recording and reporting of laboratory samples. These systems are currently being updated to a system called STARFISH using the CShell framework. The CShell framework is a C#.NET, WPF and SQL 2008 environment using an MVVM pattern with PRISM.
