Cefas require an innovative and extremely accurate means of measuring customer satisfaction. To improve as an organisation we need to receive the honest opinions of our customers and we need to use this data to provide actions which produce visible results. Currently Cefas performs its own customer feedback survey via a regularly distributed Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire. In addition to this Cefas wish to undertake an independent customer satisfaction survey which must be in a format that is quick and easy for the customer to respond to. An additional requirement is that on completion of the Cefas survey, results must be benchmarked against other similar organisations.
