Cisco Network Equipment for Pontio

Description of the goods or services required

Bangor University wishes to purchase a number of Cisco devices to equip a significant new build project, Pontio. The Pontio project is a £40M arts and innovation centre partly funded by the University and partly through the Welsh Government’s Strategic Capital Infrastructure Fund (SCIF), the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Arts Council of Wales. It is critical to the University that this project not delayed by the University failing to deliver the agreed IT infrastructure.

This contract is to supply 55 Cisco network switches of various specifications and a number of ancillary parts. Please see attached document for details.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Suppliers must accept Bangor Universities standard terms and conditions (see attached document), be a Cisco partner, supply genuine Cisco equipment, be able to meet the delivery deadline in the attached document and be able to provide three satisfactory references for similar contracts.

Responses to this notice must be made through the portal system. Email and paper submissions will not be accepted.
