1. Introduction.
Web Timeline and Contact Details.
Green Deal Helpline Ltd. would like a quote to design and build its new public website.
Quotes should be submitted to Christie Townsend via mail (info@green-deal-helpline.co.uk) by 10th April 2014.
We will choose a supplier within one month of receiving the quotes. The project will commence on the 1st May 2014. Out target date to launch is May 15th 2014

2. About the organisation
Green Deal Helpline was founded in 2012 and became a GDAO company a year later. We work within the energy saving centre incorporating the new government Scheme the Green Deal as well as grant schemes such as ECO and also businesses with the aim of saving energy loss in buildings of all types therefore cutting down the cost of the properties energy bills.
3. Target audience
Any private dwelling or business property or land or farm that would benefit from saving energy costs and acquiring a guaranteed income through tariffs as an investment into their business.

4. Navigation Structure.
The website will contain the following navigation structure. Alternate suggestions on page structure are welcome.
Main menu;
Home – About us – Membership – The Green Deal – ECO funding – Business grants and the Green Deal –Latest news – Case Studies – Testimonials – Contact.
Tabs along the top to have a drop down menu except home and about us, each drop down menu will have a subpage.
5. There will be an online facility to purchase Green Deal assessments and EPC’s using credit card facilities.
6. An additional feature of Search Engine Optimisation would also be required
7. Design
Design needs to be consumer friendly, clear, to the point but with explanations of the Green Deals advantages and money saving objects explained very clearly and point by point addressing any issues and questions that may arise thus cutting down the need to call us with too many queries. The same applies to the ECO funding and its differences to Green Deal assessments.
We wish the site to be the best online Green Deal site there is both for now and the future
This should be returned by 1200 on 15th April 2014 at the very latest.
