SE wishes to appoint a supplier to help develop and integrate the Cyber Security Network for two years with an anticipated start date May/June 2015. Cyber Security is of increasing importance at a Scottish, UK and EU level. Scotland has a significant opportunity to build on its emerging capability, however, Scottish companies lack the scale and channels to this market and therefore additional measures to enable these companies to collaborate and create linkages with other regions with direct access to markets are required.
