Description

CCHA are looking to replace their current electronic document management system which is OPENText Alchemy Document Management System. It is supplied by ProcessFlows. The system has been in use for nine years and contains all key company documentation. In addition, it contains legacy documentation from Derwent & Solway Housing Association (D&S) who merged with Two Castles Housing and formed CCHA in 2017.
The replacement solution can either be a specialist EDM solution or could be built on Office 365 SharePoint / Teams, which CCHA is already licensed for.
