The Council will be now be putting on an Annual Authority Programme for the 2013 season, and a suitably qualified and experienced production company is required to supply equipment and provide production for the whole season (June to September 2013).
In order to maintain continuity, attain improvements and obtain financial and operational efficiencies, it is proposed to award a Term Service Contract to one Contractor for a period of one year with an option to extend for a further 1 year.
The Council proposes to award only one Contract to one company to provide all of the Production services included in the tender document . Tenders will not be considered for part of the services such as sound only, lighting only or rigging only.
