Description
As part of a new drive for a reward culture and to provide benefits for staff, Housing & Care 21 has decided to utilise the services of a salary sacrifice provider. It is hoped that providing staff with this type of incentive/benefit, it will improve morale as well as retention across all business streams (Operations and Corporate).
The objective of this tender exercise is to appoint an appropriate salary sacrifice provider, who is able to provide employees with different options for purchasing cars. The level of car available will be dictated by their emissions rating (see specification document for more details) with the associated costs to the employee being calculated against the 20% and 40% United Kingdom tax thresholds. As stated in the specification, the responsibility of the purchase and further liaison with the provider should sit solely with the employee. Housing & Care 21 do not want any direct dealings unless absolutely essential to the process.
