The plan will need to meet the following requirements:
— Access to a range of health and wellbeing treatments, all of which are detailed fully in the ITT, which can be reclaimed for by members of staff up to a maximum benefit limit;
— Employee Assistance Programme, offering a 24/7 365, day a year telephone service for employees to access advice and support from on a range of issues and, where needed, a minimum number of counselling sessions for employees, which would include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy;
— Member discount scheme, providing financial savings at a range of retailers;
— National coverage of all of the above, to ensure every member of staff from each The Authority’s offices across England is able to benefit from the plan;
— Real-time KPI data to be provided to Cafcass as and when needed;
