The purpose of the framework is to pre-select a number of suppliers that have the skills, knowledge, experience and financial standing necessary to provide specialist research and evaluation services to Sport England and selected partners (including UK Sport and Sport England’s National Partners). There will be two lots, one covering research and one covering monitoring and evaluation. The research lot will cover primary data collection, data analysis and data interpretation and dissemination. The monitoring and evaluation lot will cover monitoring data collection, evaluation and data interpretation and dissemination.
