Description of the contract
This project aims to provide evidence about the kinds of the market and system failures related to innovation which exist with the challenge areas, enabling technologies and cross sectoral competencies. In addition to providing a high level framework/taxonomy, to codify these failures, the report will evidence the extent to which they exist in the UK for each of these areas; NOTE – This is a provisional list of areas to be refined and agreed with BIS during the delivery of the work. Also, this project provides an opportunity to capture and record good practice from TSB’s innovation platforms enhancing the quality of future innovation delivery.
