Description of the contract

We define identity-based harassment as unwanted conduct on the grounds of one or more of the characteristics protected by equality legislation, which has the purpose or effect of either violating the dignity, security or autonomy of the person experiencing it, or of creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading or offensive environment. Pupil experience of such behaviour can have a wide range of negative impacts. This is a research project which will explore the scope and scale of identity based harassment in Scottish schools. Suppliers should note that there is no Expression of Interest stage and submissions are required by 13:00 Tuesday 30th July 2013. We wish to contract the week commencing 12th August.
