Description of the contract

The Authority has a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a post-implementation review of a “mandatory gateway” for legal advice on certain civil issues in England and Wales. The work is commissioned by the MoJ’s Analytical Services Directorate (ASD). This is a further competition against the Home Office Science and Research Group Methods and Topics Based Framework Agreement Lots M1, Process Evaluations and M7 Qualitative Methods of Research. This further competition is only open to suppliers who are assigned to these lots on this Framework. The review will consist of three complimentary elements: Collection and analysis of various forms of quantitative data; Qualitative and quantitive research; Qualitative interviews with gateway users. The contractor will be required to design and conduct the interviews, analyse the resulting data and produce a final report by May 2014.
