The expectations are that the successful tenderer will meet all of the following:
An ability to work with understanding of the national context and developments regarding Evidence Based Policing and the use of research.
An ability to foster collaborative research networks locally, nationally and internationally, including with bodies and organisations such as The College of Policing, The Society of Evidence Based Policing and the Campbell Collaboration, to ensure any work undertaken with Norfolk & Suffolk is in line with developments.
An ability to develop strong relationships with Norfolk & Suffolk Constabularies and Police and Crime Comissioners and ensure delivery against the Constabularies and Commissioners requirements.
A demonstrable capacity to provide the necessary resources to ensure delivery against Norfolk & Suffolk Constabularies and Commissioners aim and objectives, manage these effectively and ensure the resources supplied have the skills to provide excellent teaching and research.
An ability to provide strong academic leadership and act as a critical advisor to Norfolk & Suffolk Constabularies on Evidence Based Policing and driving policing improvements.
