The Ministry of Justice’s (MoJ) Analytical Services propose to commission a research project to review existing evidence on public perceptions of the Criminal Justice System (CJS), and conduct complex secondary analysis on data from the British Crime Survey (BCS), reporting the results in a Ministry of Justice research report. The aim of the project is to investigate attitudes to sentencing and confidence in the CJS.
