Hanover Housing Association are seeking a contractor to work in partnership on the development of their site known as Buxshalls. The proposed scheme will provide a total of 40 dwellings for the over-55s with communal facilities and a caretaker’s flat. A range of dwelling types is proposed including 2 bed apartments, 2 bed cottages and 3 bed houses. Dwelling layouts have been designed to comply with Lifetime Homes standards and the project specification will be tailored to the needs of the over-55 group. A high level of construction quality and finish will be required. Further details can be obtained by downloading the PQQ.
