The successful Supplier will be required to undertake a full valuation, inspecting a property both internally and externally, providing and preparing full plans of the residential property in order to recommend the current market value.

The proposed contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 3 years and it will be awarded to a single supplier. The maximum length of the contract will be 5 years.
