Registered, residential short breaks or respite care is a service that provides short term support for eligible adults, while their unpaid carers receive a break from their caring role. Short breaks are generally planned but may also be required at times of emergency.

We are looking to procure a short breaks service for individuals with a learning disability, largely residing in the Allerdale and Copeland Districts. The service will consist of four beds and be for 3 years with option to extend by 12 months.
