A general schedule of rates contract to assist North West Leicestershires District Council’s In-house Repairs Team across its district. This building repairs and maintenance contract covers all trades associated with the National Housing Federation’s schedule of rates work. The contract will be awarded to 1 contractor, operating across North West Leicestershire District Council’s housing stock. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend on 2 occasions for a period of 12 months each. Estimated value excluding VAT: Range: between 1 600 000 and 2 400 000 GBP.
