Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued on request in order to shortlist the interested suppliers. This will be used to evaluate their technical, economic and financial suitability under the following headings: Company Details, Insurance, Financial Information, Staffing, Quality Standards, Capability & Previous Experience and other relevant information. All complete questionnaires will be assessed and ranked and the highest scoring candidates who can demonstrate the required capability and experience will be invited to tender.
