The provision of complete Restorative Justice Services for Derby Youth Offending Service. This will include:
— Victim Liaison work (compliant with The Code of Practice for Victims of Crime);
— Delivery of all reparation hours for young people on court orders with Derby Youth Offending service; and
— The effective delivery of direct and indirect restorative justice interventions across Derby based on the victims wishes.
It is expected that the Service Provider will provide a maximum of 3 500 hours of Reparation per annum for approximately 200 individuals, and full Victim Liaison work for up to 400 cases per annum across the city of Derby.
The successful service provider will have achieved the externally recognised Restorative Service Quality Mark (RSQM).
The initial contract term is for 1 year with the option to extend by 48 months in annual increments.
The value of the contract is 119 844 GBP per annum, a maximum of 599 220 GBP over the potential 5 year term.

(k) has been the subject of a conviction for money laundering, as defined in Article 1 of Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10.6.1991 on prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering.

(a) A list of the works carried out over the past 5 years, accompanied by certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. These certificates shall indicate the value,date and site of the works and shall specify whether they were carried out according to the rules of the trade and properly completed. (f) the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or contractor and/or those of the undertaking’s managerial staff and, in particular, those of the person or persons responsible for providing the services or managing the work.
