Description of the contract

The Minister of State for Prisons (Jeremy Wright) and the President of the IMB National Council (John Thornhill) have agreed that a review of governance, structures and core activities would be useful, especially in supporting the NC President to drive through modernisations that will improve the IMB’s effectiveness and the overall efficiency of the Governance system. The review will be a precursor to a Triennial Review of public bodies required by Cabinet Office and to be led by Ministry Of Justice Arms Length Body Governance in Spring 2015.
