This is an RFI to understand market capability for a provider who can offer access to research, advice, conferences, gatherings of peers and critical advice and review for the bank’s technology function. Additionally, the bank is keen to understand market capability for strategic procurement support, encompassing support with procurement transformation; category management, and supplier risk and relationship management.

The contracting authority is seeking information from potential providers who can offer access to research, advice, conferences, gatherings of peers and critical advice and review for the bank’s technology function. We are keen to understand the service, capability and price that you would look to offer this service at.
Additionally, the bank is keen to understand the market capability for procurement transformation, category management and supplier risk and relationship management. Specifically, this would involve:
1. Procurement transformation:
— procurement diagnostic SVS suite to help us assess the effectiveness and maturity of procurement processes and systems against best-in-class standards.
2. Category management/value generation:
— provide tools, templates, sub cat level ‘insight’ to help us to develop compelling category strategies quickly and easily;
— provide a category management bootcamp (as part of our wider commercial academy vision) to develop the skills and know how.
3. Supplier risk management and supplier relationship management:
— act as a sounding board, provide benchmarking;
— provide access to various tools;
— scenario planning tool— helps us establish a framework to deal with uncertainties such as supply disruptions;
— risk prioritization tool;
— supplier financial distress visibility tool.
