Description of the contract

International Nuclear Services Ltd (INS) operates a fleet of vessels and is currently considering the procurement of a new INF3 vessel, a process we last undertook in 2009 when we commissioned a preliminary design specification (“the INS Specification”). This contract is for a review of the INS Specification (i) to ensure it meets current regulatory requirements and (ii) to identify cost savings (both capital and operating) that could be achieved without sacrificing INF3 requirements, through the adoption of up to date design or practice.
