Right to Buy Valuation service The Council wishes to engage a firm of Chartered Surveyors (RICS or equivalent) who can demonstrate a working knowledge of the residential housing market within the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, and can undertake the valuation element of the Right to Buy process. The purpose of Right to Buy Valuations is to provide a valuation compliant with the requirements of Section 127 of the Housing Act 1985 as amended.
