— Lot 1- Property and Development;
— Lot 2- Non-property including Governance, Commercial and Employment;
— Lot 3- Corporate Finance and Banking;
— Lot 4- Housing Management.
Tenderers can submit tender proposals for any/all lots.
TRGL intends to appoint law firms to each Lot who are capable of providing high quality legal advice and who can assist TRGL to reduce its legal spend. It is an objective of this tender that TRGL will achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management of matters outsourced to external law firms.
