Blackpool Council is seeking to establish a framework to procure a versatile web based data management system with associated activities (as shown below) capable of handling asset information (not limited to highways asset information).
The services to be covered by the framework (as detailed in the scope of works) will include the following elements:
1) Physical surveying and data collection;
2) Data representation (visual representation);
3) Modelling of the data;
4) Prioritisation of highway maintenance works.

If applying on behalf of a consortium all names must be submitted.
