This is a competitive procurement exercise being conducted in accordance with the Council’s Contracts Procedure Rules. If your organisation has not registered an expression of interest we will not be able to send you any amendments to the ITT documents, or send you responses to requests for ITT clarification from other potential candidates. Any further information, such as ITT clarification questions and responses will be uploaded to the South East Business Portal. The ITT documents will be available for download from the South East Business Portal up until the closing time and date for tender submissions; it is the organisation’s responsibility to ensure that they download the documents in ample time to ensure that they can be completed and returned, along with supporting documents, prior to the closing time and date stipulated. The closing date and time for receipt of the tender is Friday 10 April 2015 at 12:00 noon. In addition to the hard copy required tenderers must also provide an electronic version of their ITT submission on an encrypted memory stick (USB).
