Nottingham City Homes invites you to tender for the provision of new roofing works; prices are required against the Schedule of Rates (SoR) codes as stated on each of the property specifications within Appendix C – Specifications and Pricing Documents.

Tenderers are to price from this schedule only or by viewing the property from the roadside, contact with the tenant is strictly prohibited.
