The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is available by logging onto YORtender at YORtender.co.uk and searching for YORE-9CZCKY – SH04235 – Flat Roofing and Associated Works to Various Sites 2014/2018. The completed PQQ and supporting information should be returned as the instructions provided by 5pm on 9.12.2013. Please note that under this procurement the Contractor is required to participate actively in the economic and social regeneration of the locality of and surrounding the place of delivery for the procurement or community served by the Council. Accordingly contract performance conditions may relate to social and environmental considerations. Contract conditions will be detailed on the Invitation to Tender and within the Tender Documents. Furthermore, the Council is working towards the full implementation of the ‘Living Wage Initiative’ and tenderers are expected to take cognisance of this policy.
