Description
The Rural Enterprise Programme will consist of grants to support SMEs to sympathetically convert under-utilised buildings, transforming them into productive workspaces that increase productivity and create jobs. The programme is intended to target 50 businesses with an anticipated maximum grant of £65000 per business. Grant Recipient SMEs will provide 60% of match funding. Total overall project funding available is £2m.
This notice is to alert the market to this opportunity. No further notices will be issued. The maximum grant will be £65000 and as such this procurement is not subject to The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
