The contract will be for an initial period of three years commencing 1 June 2014. The contract may be extended for a further one year.
The County Council wishes to sell advertising space in the 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 editions with an option to extend to the 2018-19 edition of the Catalogue; ideally to generate a minimum gross income of £380,000 per annum for advertisements published by CPCS. (Gross income to be revenue from advertising sold before deduction of the Contractor’s commission).
The successful Tenderer will receive a percentge income based on annual turnover.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 1 800 000 and 2 400 000 GBP
