A contractor can apply to undertake 1 or all the lots. By submitting a tender, all tenderers will commit to undertaking works in the area to which they are appointed. The 3 lots are as detailed:
— Lot 1: High Rise,
— Lot 2: Public Buildings and Schools, and
— Lot 3: Residential.
