The Scaffolding requirements are required for Daventry and District Housing Ltd covering the area of South Northamptonshire and for Futures Homescape Ltd covering the area of Amber Valley and region within and near Derbyshire.
The period of this contract will be 3 (three) years including a 6 (six) month initial period and with unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding 3 (three) further years. The successful bidder will be required to work throughout our district/s on our buildings and tenant’s homes to a high standard. All works to be carried out to the latest legislations and our scope of works as detailed within this ITT Document.
The contract is offered in Lots, bidders may bid for one or more Lots.
Lot 1 Work within the Daventry area of Northamptonshire.
Lot 2 Work within the Amber Valley area of Derbyshire.
