The University wish to purchase a scanning probe instrument that will enable large area parallelised nanolithography.
We require an instrument that is able to perform a variety of nanolithography methods related to scanning probe microscopy across large surface areas through the use of multiple probe arrays. This will enable the establishment of a new nanofabrication capability at The University of Manchester. The instrument will be sited in the MIB building together with an existing atomic force microscope in the bionanotechnology facility.
