Phase 2 works for the expansion of the Dundonald Primary School, Dundonald Road, Wimbledon, SW19 3QH. The works comprise of Expansion and Refurbishment of Dundonald Primary School; including refurbishment of existing main school building; erection of part first floor/part two storey extension to existing detached rear annex building (to be partly sited on Dundonald Recreation Ground) and containing three new class rooms; new main hall; new studio;, kitchen; library; toilets and associated stores in addition to new public changing room facilities; toilets; pavilion hall; kitchen and associated storage and proposed works to Dundonald Recreation Ground comprising of the Creation of new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) (In Part); New Children’s Public Playground (In Part); Outdoor GYM; Nature Garden; New Associated Footpaths; Planting and Seating.

The works comprise of Expansion and Refurbishment of Dundonald Primary School. The form of contract for the Works will be the JCT Standard Building Contract with Quantities, 2011 edition with current amendments and as amended to suit the Council’s requirements.
The anticipated construction start date is 25.8.2014 with completion in 80 weeks by March 2016.
The anticipated construction value is in the region of GBP 4,500,000. However, no guarantee is given that the final estimated contract value will be reached or exceeded.

(a) a list of the works carried out over the past five years, accompanied by certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. These certificates shall indicate the value, date and site of the works and shall specify whether they were carried out according to the rules of the trade and properly completed. Where appropriate, the competent authority shall submit these certificates to the contracting authority direct;
(c) an indication of the technicians or technical bodies involved, whether or not belonging directly to the economic operator’s undertaking, especially those responsible for quality control and, in the case of public works contracts, those upon whom the contractor can call in order to carry out the work;
(d) a description of the technical facilities and measures used by the supplier or service provider for ensuring quality and the undertaking’s study and research facilities;
(f) the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or contractor and/or those of the undertaking’s managerial staff and, in particular, those of the person or persons responsible for providing the services or managing the work;
(g) for public works contracts and public services contracts, and only in appropriate cases, and indication of the environmental management measures that the economic operator will be able to apply when performing the contract;
