Description of particular conditions: The schools are looking to reflect new ideas and cost economies that will increase customer choice whilst complying with new Government guidelines for the provision of school meals services.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Companies must be able to demonstrate experience and expertise in the sector and currently operate within a 50 mile radius of the location. Short-listing for invitation to tender will be subject to financial status and suitable references plus demonstration of innovative managing change case studies as will be detailed in PQQ information.
