Brentford School for Girls consists of a single site based in Brentford. The contract is for an initial 3 year fixed period starting from January 2016, with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months each, up to a maximum total contract duration of 5 years.
The scope will be for a regular cleaning service during term time and a planned deep cleans outside of term time. Costs of the service will be required to be detailed in full. TUPE will apply for this school.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Minimum insurance cover of 10 000 000 GBP public liability insurance and 5 000 000 employers liability insurance are required. Should this report prove unsatisfactory then the submission will be rejected.
