The collaboration is seeking a service provider who can provide a first class service. They are seeking a successful bidder who shall design a service delivery solution that will be expected to manage/change the current service levels and deliver contract improvements over the life of the proposed contract period.

Range: between 245 000 and 275 000 GBP
Description of these options: The initial contract is for 3 years with scope for extensions for a further period or periods of any duration, but in any case, the total duration of any extensions shall not exceed 24 months from the last day of the initial contract period.

(e) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or with those of the country of the contracting authority;

(i) has been the subject of a conviction for corruption, as defined in Article 3 of the Council Act of 26 May 1972 and Article 3(1) of Council Joint Action 98/742/JHA3 respectively;
(j)has been the subject of a conviction for fraud within the meaning of Article 1 of the Convention relating to the protection of the financial interests of the European Communities;
(k) has been the subject of a conviction for money laundering, as defined in Article 1 of Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10 June 1991 on prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering.

Levels of insurance cover will be evaluated on a Pass / Fail basis. To pass this evaluation the suppliers must hold or be willing to obtain the following levels of insurance cover:

For those suppliers that Pass the above assessments, the PQQ Financial Score achieved will be added to the Economic & Financial Standing section and weighted by the Section weighting.
