The Contract Period shall be 20 August 2013 to 31 December 2016 with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
The estimated value of the requirement over four years is in the region of 500,000 GBP excluding VAT.

Contract award will be based on lowest price, compliant bid – regarding the evaluation of the tenders, it should be noted that the Quality aspect will be Pass/Fail and the tenderers which are deemed to have passed will be evaluated on price.
This tendering exercise will be conducted using the PCS Tenders system.
The ITT will be issued via PCS Tenders and will contain a Supplier Appraisal Questionnaire, the Council will analyse the responses to the Questionaire in accordance with Regulations 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012, to identify those Applicants that have the economic and financial standing and technical or professional ability to deliver the Contract. Rejection shall be automatic unless the potential bidder is able to demonstrate business, technical, and financial capacity and propriety in respect of all of these requirements in relation to the provision of the services forming the subject of the Contract.
