Description of the contract

The requirement is for the replacement of a modular classroom block, comprising 2 classrooms and a meeting room which are no longer fit for purpose, and to replace them with a new build block comprising 6 new classrooms, toilet facilities, 1:1 room, staff office, Out of Hours provision, library, and associated plant room. In addition the car park will be expanded to accommodate an additional 10 parking spaces as the current facility is undersized for the growing numbers at the school. The new building will be sited on the location of the existing modular buildings but will occupy a slightly larger footprint whilst the car park will be extended onto an existing habitat area.

Additionally, there is need for some internal and external adaptations to the existing school which will include demolitions, alterations and refurbishment.
